Qualified Engineer endeavors to provide the most comprehensive resource for career development and engineering certifications nationwide with plans to expand to Canada and Europe.  In addition we will offer current news and commentary on the engineering and construction industry.

We at Qualified Engineer believe that Licensure as a Professional Engineer is not the only path to recognition of your abilities as an engineer in any specific area of interest.  This website provides alternate paths to allow professionals to be recognized for this experience, skill and knowledge.  The Organizations issuing these certifications reviewed on this site have provided tools for measurement through examination, continuing education best practices to allow professionals across all engineering disciplines to feel confident their experience is relevant.

These certifications also have the added benefit of providing differentiation amongst professionals since many of them require extensive work experience.
