<p><strong>Description</strong></p>
<p>The purpose of the CFPS examination is to provide a basis for determining the competency of candidates seeking the Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designation. Current basis for the examination is the <a href="http://www.nfpa.org/catalog/product.asp?title=2008-Fire-Protection-Handbook&amp;pid=FPH2008&amp;order_src=A292" target="_blank">NFPA Fire Protection Handbook, 20th edition</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>To be eligible to take the CFPS examination, candidates must demonstrate on the CFPS application that they meet one of the following criteria:</p>
<ol>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering, technology, or other related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus two years of verifiable work experience dedicated to curtailing fire loss, both physical and financial. Copy of college diploma or transcript AND Resume are required.</li>
<li>Associate&#8217;s degree in engineering, technology or other related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus four years of verifiable work experience dedicated to curtailing fire loss, both physical and financial.</li>
<li>High school diploma + 6 years of verifiable work experience dedicated to curtailing fire loss, both physical and financial.</li>

<p>Globally preferred by employers, the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential denotes proven expertise in fraud prevention, detection, and deterrence. Members with the CFE credential experience professional growth and quickly position themselves as leaders in the global anti-fraud community. In fact, the ACFE&#8217;s 2008 Compensation Guide for Anti-Fraud Professionals reveals that CFEs earn 22% more than non-CFEs in similar jobs.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>1. Be an Associate member of the ACFE in good standing.  If you are not already an Associate member of the ACFE, you must first become a member to pursue the CFE credential.</p>
<p>2. Submit the CFE Exam application with proof of education and professional recommendations.</p>
<p>3. Pass the CFE Exam. The CFE Exam is a Windows-based program that tests your knowledge and expertise in the four primary areas of fraud examination: Fraudulent Financial Transactions, Legal Elements of Fraud, Investigation Methods, and Criminology and Ethics.</p>

<p>Wireless Communication Engineering Technologies (WCET) has been launched by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc).  It has been designed to address the worldwide wireless industry&#8217;s growing need for communications professionals with practical problem-solving skills in real-world situations.</p>
<p>The IEEE WCET examination is administered on computer and consists of 150 scored multiple-choice questions plus 15 unscored pretest questions randomly distributed throughout the examination (a total of 165 questions). Test questions on the examination are in English and are based on the most recently published test specifications</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college or university (accredited in the country where the institution is located) and at least three years of graduate-level educational or professional wireless communication engineering experience.</li>
<li>Candidates must be IEEE members and have at least three years of graduate-level educational or professional wireless communication engineering experience.</li>

<p>The need for an IAEI Certification Program was identified by local entities, state agencies, and national<br />
organizations. Their recommendation was that IAEI develop state of the art certification programs based<br />
on knowledge and the practical application of the National Electrical Code® (NEC®).<br />
In response to these industry needs, IAEI has undertaken the responsibility for designing valid and reliable<br />
Residential and Master Electrical Inspector Certification Programs and ensuring these programs are accessible to all electrical inspectors.</p>

<p>The Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) has administered a successful commissioning certification program for Test and Balance Engineers. The AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) was established in 2004 as a separate non-profit association dedicated to advancing professional, independent commissioning services through education, training, and certification of qualified providers.</p>
<p>Through a detailed application and examination process, the CxA designation is awarded to successful candidates, providing a meaningful commissioning credential so that owners can be confident when selecting a qualified provider.</p>
<p>CxA qualifications are focused on HVAC and control systems. With respect to the commissioning of electrical and other systems, the CxA may or may not have the expertise on staff but will often team with other professionals to address all systems being commissioned.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>
<p>The Building Security Certified Professional (BSCP) certification program was created in 2006 to provide design and security professionals with a credential that demonstrates a comprehensive, multidisciplinary understanding of building security issues. The BSCP examination is a computer-based exam that consists of 100 multiple-choice questions covering seven domains of building security knowledge:  project process, risk assessment, site considerations, building envelope, interior space, facility operations, and the BSC rating system.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>In order to qualify to take the BSCP an individual must possess an Architect license, Landscape Architect license, Professional Engineer license, or the ASIS International Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) credentials are encouraged to pursue the BSCP advanced certification.</p>
